Privacy Policy / Shopping:

 All shopping done on our website from browsing to purchase is done securely.  No worries about sharing your information or selling it to 3rd parties.  We DON’T do that.  That’s just crappy business.  Your personal information is safe with us.  We collect email, contact, and payment information to better serve our customers through our online cart / payment system for shipping and purchases.  We DO NOT send any data to anyone outside of our organization and we do not store payment information unless approved by our customers for future purchases.  This is done via our online web provider and all data is secured.  Kentucky Hot Brown Pedalboards, LLC does use cookies to better serve our customers via our website and our other affiliates.  If there are any questions you can CONTACT US directly.  The bottom line is this….Your personal information is safe with us. 

Our Warranty - Best One Ever!

What is covered?

If at any time that your pedalboard or product fails during the time you own it due to a design flaw or something due to how we constructed it, we will either repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

The customer will only be responsible for the return shipping of their new pedalboard. All warranty replacements MUST be approved by KYHBPB and get a RA# (Return Authorization Number) before any warranty replacement or repair occurs.

Custom pedalboards we will either repair or replace up to 50% of the cost of your product.
Parts are included with this as well. This includes feet, L brackets, power inlets, and handles.

What is NOT covered?

Normal wear and tear, abuse or intentional destruction of our products.
For example: If a drunk full figured woman falls on your pedalboard at a gig and destroys your pedalboard…..NOT COVERED. Don’t laugh, this actually happened. The situation, not the customer asking if it was covered. It was covered all right…..just not in the way that they wanted, but we did rebuild that customer another pedalboard for sure.

Special Conditions

Customer is responsible for all return shipping of faulty product to KYHBPB. KYHBPB will pay the shipping of the NEW or repaired product.

PRE-Orders: ​

Business days and understanding timeline for completion date. For example when we say your order will be completed in 10 business days you do not count Saturday and Sunday as our shop is not open on these days. Business days are Monday through Friday for us.

All order build clocks start on the NEXT business day. For example, if you order something on a Friday your build clock starts on the following Monday.

Please Note: If there is a holiday(s) in your build time, this would add an additional day(s) to your build.

Shipping Policy: ​
Our shipping is done via the USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most products ship on the same day as purchase unless it’s a pre-order product. We can ship via a different carrier at the request of the customer at a cheaper rate.

WE SHIP SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR MOST OF OUR SHIPMENTS. This protects our customers and us from theft and damage. We can ship without this service upon request.

Washington & Oregon shipping costs are slightly higher due to location. (We honestly think that there is a conspiracy going on as these are the only continental states that cost more to ship to.)

We ship Internationally via USPS Priority Flat Rate. If you are in Canada we can ship via USPS First Class Package for a lower rate. Please contact us for details.

Some larger packages occasionally need to be shipped using UPS Ground Service due to size.

Return Policy:

NEW ITEMS – Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Pedalboards – Due to the nature of additions, parts needed, and overall custom nature, we can not refund your money once parts are ordered and the build has begun. There are expenses that we must incur to create your custom board. Many of which, can not be refunded to us. If there is a problem, we will work directly with you, our customer to remedy the issue, and make sure that you are completely satisfied.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.


Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
